1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Handcrafted products or custom orders may take up to 5-7 business days to process before shipping. You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or extreme weather.

International Shipping: We currently ship internationally to select countries. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to their order.

2. Returns & Refund Policy

Return Window: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was received.
• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Damage & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Do not throw away the original packaging.
